I have worked in the field of accessibility since graduating with an MSW from Wilfred Laurier University in the 70's. 10 years with the Ontario March of Dimes, 10 years as Executive Director of Canadian Wheelchair Sports Association and now 23 years at Carleton University. In that time, I have also represented Canada in wheelchair sports earning medal performances for Canada at both Summer and Winter Paralympics.
